The starter card is a working sheet for examining one company process from a management perspective. It connects your operational knowledge with the technical criteria needed for a sensible AI test.
Back at your company, you can appoint a technically minded employee as an AI champion. This person can take responsibility for the selected test, gather experience and support colleagues. A useful test requires time, ownership and careful evaluation.
The workshop is designed for decision-makers in small and medium-sized companies across all industries.
Technical knowledge is not required. Experience with ChatGPT or another AI tool is helpful, but optional.

They lead the Artificial Intelligence working group at the Council of the Baltic Sea States and advise politicians, political institutions and small and medium-sized companies across Northern Europe on AI.
