We help small and mid-sized businesses bring AI into real workflows: workshops, training, strategy, internal chatbots, automations, and custom software.

Do you only work in Schleswig-Holstein?
No. We work across Germany, remotely and on site. We are based in Brandenburg and Schleswig-Holstein, and our clients come from all over Germany.
What sets you apart from a traditional consultancy?
We also build what we recommend: internal chatbots, automations, web applications, and integrations. That means consulting and implementation don't have to be organized separately.
First conversation
How does a first conversation work?
20 minutes by phone, email, or video call. We listen, ask about workflows, data, and goals, and tell you honestly whether AI makes sense for you right now.
What happens after the first conversation?
If it's a fit, we suggest a next step, such as a workshop, an assessment, a roadmap, or a sprint. No subscription, no long contracts. You decide after each step whether to continue.
Is it really free?
Yes, no strings attached. The first conversation is our way of getting to know each other and finding out whether we are a good match. If AI doesn't make sense for you, we'll say so honestly.
Workshops
Do we need prior AI knowledge?
No. Our workshops are designed for decision-makers and teams without a technical background. We meet you where you are, whether you already use ChatGPT or have never worked with it.
How long does a workshop take?
From two hours (primer workshop) to a full day. The right format depends on your team and your goals. More about our formats
Remote or on site?
Both work. Many teams prefer on-site workshops for the hands-on exercises, but remote works just as well.
What is the ideal number of participants?
Between 2 and 40 people. For larger groups we adapt the format, for example with parallel breakout sessions.
Strategy & Implementation
How long until we see results?
It depends on the scope. After a workshop, your team has its first routines and rules. Strategy projects deliver a roadmap in 2 to 4 weeks. Implementation projects run in short cycles, so something can be tested early.
Do you build things yourselves or only advise?
Both. We advise and we build: internal chatbots, automations, web applications, and integrations. That keeps the implementation close to the recommendation. More about custom development
Which technologies do you use?
It depends on the project. We prefer European infrastructure and openly available tools that can be properly audited. What matters is what fits your data, systems, and operational requirements.

What does an AI workshop cost?
It depends on the format and team size. A first conversation is always free. That's where we work out which format fits you and give you a realistic price range.
Is funding available for AI projects?
Yes, depending on the federal state and type of project, various funding programs exist. Happy to advise you on this in the first conversation.
Do we have to sign long-term contracts?
No. You decide after each step whether to continue. No subscription, no minimum term, no fine print.
Data Protection & Technology
Is this GDPR-compliant?
Yes, if it is set up properly. Data protection is part of the architecture, the tool selection, and the internal rules. We prefer European infrastructure.
Do we need our own servers or infrastructure?
No. We take care of the technical infrastructure. Depending on the project, we use cloud solutions or set everything up on your existing infrastructure.
